Pre-riding the course
The Pit Fitness Ranch has graciously allowed SWMMBA to utilize their mountain bike trails for this race. It is important to remember that the Pit mountain bike trails are on private property, and access to privately owned property is a privilege granted by the owner, not a public right. Individuals who are registered for the PIT XCO race and have agreed to the waiver are welcome to ride the trails to prepare for the race. Please be respectful of the land, property boundaries, and facilities. The property owner has a legal right to control who is on their land and can call law enforcement for unauthorized presence.
There will also be other opportunities to ride prior to the race, so please follow SWMMBA social media accounts to learn about those opportunities.
